Jamie’s experiences span several industries including: hospitality, training, and insurance starting with Hyatt Hotels as a Corporate manager-in-training, then as a Department Head for seven years. He then joined Paychex, Inc in sales with the Paychex Insurance Agency, then as a Corporate Trainer for ten years.
Jamie has been helping individuals with their Medicare Insurance needs for the last six years. Tapping into his prior service industry experience, he prides himself on the service provided and treating clients like family. Jamie enjoys helping others understand their Medicare options by breaking down the complexities, so they are easier to understand.
Founded M-Power Agency LLC in 2019, and loves working with the team to help them assist as many people with their Medicare needs as possible.
Originally from Buffalo, NY, Jamie relocated to the Rochester, NY area in 2005. He enjoys spending time with family, watching sports including being an avid fan of the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, New York Knicks and Detroit Tigers. Jamie also enjoys fishing, traveling, cooking, reading, personal finance and supporting organizations including Autism Speaks, Wounded Warriors foundations and Graduates of Life.
Soni has extensive experience in the insurance industry, beginning with Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield where she worked for 24 years. Starting her career in the Customer Service division and ending as a Large Group Sales Consultant. She then worked at New York Life Insurance Company where she worked for two years and obtained her Series 6 & 63 license. She then went back to her roots and worked with Sheridan Benefits in Buffalo for several years. Soni formed her own company --- SRJ Consulting in 2010 and now has a book of business consisting of small to medium size businesses, as well as Individuals and Medicare clients.
She has been a Medicare consultant since 2015 and her experience and knowledge in the health insurance industry has enabled her to help her clients understand the very confusing Medicare process and choose plans that suit their particular needs. She wants all her clients to consider her their go to person.
Soni has lived in Rochester most of her life and currently resides in Webster. She has two children, two grandchildren. Soni enjoys an active life and her hobbies include hiking, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing. She also participates in charity events such as the Fight for Air Climb for the American Lung Association, The Tour de Cure Ride for American Diabetes.

Matthew’s experience has been primarily in retail, working at Wegmans for over 20 years in various positions (including time in the pharmacy) and then at CVS as a Store Manager for 5 years.
Matthew’s newfound passion is helping our Medicare-eligible community members secure the health insurance coverage that meets their needs given their financial and health situation. He has been an Independent Contractor / Broker for multiple Medicare insurance carriers since the beginning of 2020. He is an analytical thinker that helps his clients fully understand the cost vs. coverage aspect of healthcare plan selections.
Matthew has lived in the Greater Rochester Area his entire life and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children. He enjoys watching most sports and playing poker, especially Pot Limit Omaha Hi / Lo. He graduated from Byron-Bergen High School and has college degrees from Genesee Community College (AS), State University of New York College at Brockport (BS) and Rochester Institute of Technology (MBA). Matthew's family helps raise money for the American Cancer Society in honor of Mia - a wonderful, caring, loving and funny family member lost far too soon to MBC.

Kelly’s experience has been in the Insurance Industry for over 25 years. She worked for Highland Hospital before starting her career at Excellus Blue Cross and Blue Shield in the Group Health Insurance sales department for 11 years. She then moved to Relph Benefit Advisors to become a Senior Account Executive and work on the Broker side of the Insurance Industry. Kelly enjoyed helping large employers determine the best benefit options to attract and retain employee talent.
Kelly has been helping individuals with their Medicare Insurance needs for the last nine years and has always throughout her career held the philosophy of “doing what is right for the client first”, and all else will follow. Bob’s career and experiences have been in the financial services arena starting as a financial planner with Investors Diversified Services, then as a Regional Vice President with First Federal Savings and Loan. He then joined Excellus Blue Cross and Blue Shield in the National Group Health Insurance sales and marketing department for 16 years. He then moved to MedAmerica, a subsidiary of Excellus where he spent 13 years in the National Group Long Term Care Marketplace.
Bob has been helping individuals with their Medicare Insurance needs for the last ten years and has always throughout his career held the philosophy of “doing what is right for the consumer first”, and all else will follow. He enjoys helping people understand their options in the confusing but important world of Medicare.
Bob is a native of Rochester and a 29-year resident in West Irondequoit. He enjoys golf, music, cooking, three grandchildren, and an occasional poker game with friends and family. He went to High School at Aquinas Institute and has a BA degree in Economics from St John Fisher University.

Ashley Harper has served the people of West Virginia in multiple capacities over the past three decades. From 2004-2006 Ashley worked as an assistant to the Director of Public and Federal Affairs at the West Virginia Governor's office. For the next 15 years Ashley was an auto sales representative and established thousands of relationships with people throughout West Virginia and surrounding states. In 2017 Ashley earned his Life and Health insurance licenses and worked as an agent for Colonial Life.
In the summer of 2021 Ashley decided to enter the World of Medicare and explored local agencies before connecting with the M-Power Agency. The matching philosophies between Ashley and M-Power made for a wonderful new team in the Tri-State area of West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio. The shared passions for always doing what is right for the individual and an unwavering determination to make people’s lives better were key elements for Ashley being named a Regional Vice President for M-Power WV.
Ashley was born and raised in Hurricane, WV and is a graduate of West Virginia State University studying in Public Relations and Political Science. He enjoys spending time with his fiancé, his son, three bulldogs, two cats, and pet pig (Ava). Ashley also loves many sports, traveling, going to see concerts, collecting sports cards, and spending time around the fire pit on nice evenings. Ashley is the son and brother of Army Combat Veterans and strongly cares about supporting various organizations such as Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Wounded Warrior Project, and Vietnam Veterans of America.

Nikki first began working in the insurance industry in 2009. For the last year, she has worked as a Medicare Broker licensed in West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, and Illinois. She has over 15 years of experience in business management primarily working with small businesses and nonprofits. An avid animal lover, rescuer, sports fan, traveler, and music lover. Nikki is a firm believer that helping people is not only a huge part of her career goals but also a huge part of her personal life. She volunteers with Veterans organizations and animal welfare organizations.
The beginning of Matt’s professional career began as a football coach, living in Ohio, Mississippi and Louisiana over a span of 6 years. Matt’s been a Licensed Medicare broker since July 2022. He’s originally from Albion, NY and a graduate of St. John Fisher College. Matt is a Board Member on the Orleans County Chamber of Commerce, as well as an active member in the Orleans County Human Service Council and the Genessee County Interagency Council. Lois’s lifelong focus has been supporting others particularly those in need; starting from raising her family which now includes 7 grandchildren, shepherding aging parents, a preschool teacher, a public school employee, fitness coach to her current role as a self-employed insurance advocate specializing in Medicare insurance coverage for the 65 & over in the community. Lois has access to over 30 insurance companies providing medical/medicare care options, dependent care, life insurance, and real and personal property protection solutions in order to provide her clients with the most appropriate and affordable solutions to meet their needs. Her commitment to her clients is so strong that she makes herself available 24/7. Originally from Harrisburg, PA, Lois relocated to the Huntington, WV area in 1988. She enjoys spending time with family, participating in church activities, physical fitness, traveling, cooking, reading, dancing, and supporting organizations including Golden Girls Group Home, Hospice of Huntington, and the Ronald McDonald House.
Ray was born and raised in Rochester, NY. He possesses seven years of insurance experience including the last year specializing in Medicare. He is here to navigate his clients through the Medicare maze. From comparing plan options among all the major carriers to helping see if they qualify for state and federal discount programs. Ray has been married for 13 years to his high school sweetheart and they have two wonderful kids who are 7 and 5. Ray enjoys watching movies, and sporting events including football and basketball games, playing board games and cooking as a family.

Jim Pashalidis is a Rochester native. His experience includes restaurant management, elementary education, part-time NY State Education Committee work, and insurance. As a Greek-American, there is no surprise that he grew up in the family restaurant business. Upon graduating from St. John Fisher College, he became an elementary teacher in the Rochester City School District. After a 20-year career in education, Jim found the world of Medicare through a friend. He obtained his NY State Insurance License in 2020 and joined M-Power Agency LLC in 2023.
Jim’s introduction to Medicare came through his own need for consultation when trying to oversee his own parents’ Medicare coverage needs. It was through that process that he decided to change career paths and become an insurance broker who specialized in Medicare.
Known as “The Teacher”, Jim specifically enjoys providing educational opportunities to community organizations and individual members. He is passionate about providing clear, in-depth tutorials for others so they can feel confident about the decisions they must make for their healthcare.
Jim enjoys several extracurricular activities, including exercise, refereeing collegiate soccer, and watching sports on television or in person. He is most proud of being a husband, father, and son.
Loni has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 20 years. Loni is also an avid skier and has been a ski instructor for 30 years. She is new to Medicare sales and eager to assist others in finding the right plan for them. Loni grew up in Western New York and currently resides in the Rochester area. In her spare time, Loni enjoys photography, fishing, traveling, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Bryce is a life-long resident of Albion, NY and a newly graduated student from SUNY Cortland. He has been a licensed broker since August of 2023, and is excited to start his professional career with the M-Power team. He looks forward to continuing to support his local community members and assist in all Medicare needs! In his spare time he enjoys working out, playing golf, snowboarding, and watching sports.
Cathy has extensive experience in governmental health insurance programs that span over 22 years. Cathy started her career working for the state of Florida at the Department of Children and Families for several years as a Program Specialist, returning to New York to work at the department of Social Services in Genesee County for 6 years as a Social Welfare Examiner. Realizing she liked working with health Insurance more than the other governmental programs, she Went to work for Fidelis Care as a Health Benefit Representative and Mentor. Cathy has most recently worked with Molina healthcare as well, serving as their Senior Facilitated Enroller for Tennyson in Western NY. Cathy joined the M-Power team TO continue helping families with all of their Health insurance needs, including the NYSOH Marketplace and Medicare! She looks forward to helping uncomplicate the complicated world of health insurance and continue to be a trusted healthcare advisor and resource to our community.
